No Refund Policy

Learn Stockz operates a strict no-refund policy on all course purchases. Once a payment is completed and course access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to all products and services offered on learnstockz.in, including individual courses, course bundles, and any digital downloads.

Why No Refunds?

Our courses are digital educational products. Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to the full course content — videos, PDFs, worksheets, and any accompanying materials. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds.

We encourage all prospective students to:

• Read the full course syllabus carefully before purchasing
• Review our free Academy articles at learnstockz.in/academy to understand our teaching style
• Contact us on WhatsApp with any questions before purchasing — we are happy to help you decide if a course is right for you

Exceptions — Duplicate Payment

The only situation in which a refund or adjustment will be considered is in the case of a verified duplicate payment — where the same course has been charged to you twice due to a technical error. In this case:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate transaction
• Provide your order IDs and payment reference numbers for both transactions
• We will verify with our payment gateway (Razorpay) and refund the duplicate charge within 7 business days

Course Access Issues

If you are experiencing any technical difficulty accessing your purchased course, please contact us immediately before concluding that your purchase has failed. Most access issues are resolved within a few hours. A technical issue is not grounds for a refund — it is grounds for support, which we provide promptly.

No Refund for Dissatisfaction or Results

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with course content after access
• Inability to apply the strategies profitably in the market
• Personal schedule conflicts preventing you from completing the course
• Claiming the content did not meet expectations set by marketing material

Trading outcomes depend entirely on individual practice, discipline, capital, and market conditions — factors outside our control. Our courses teach methods and frameworks; results depend on the student's application.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a valid purchase is a violation of these terms. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately revoke course access and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

Changes to This Policy

Learn Stockz reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
