1. About Learn Stockz

Learn Stockz is an online trading education platform operated by ZenoraTech, based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide educational content on stock market trading, price action, technical analysis, and related subjects. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor and do not provide personalised investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access our courses. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our content is intended for educational purposes only and is not suitable for minors.

3. Course Access & Licence

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This licence does not allow you to:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course videos, PDFs, or other materials
• Use course content for commercial purposes, resale, or to create derivative works
• Screen-record or capture course videos in any format

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

3.1 Access Duration

Course access is granted for the access period stated on the course page at the time of purchase (for example, 12 months from the date of enrolment). Your licence and login access to the course content expire automatically at the end of this period. Continued access after expiry requires a renewal at the then-current renewal price. Learn Stockz may add, update, or replace lessons during your access period; such updates are included at no extra charge. Expiry of access is not grounds for a refund.

3.2 Dynamic Watermarking & Anti-Piracy Monitoring

All course videos are streamed with DRM encryption and carry a per-viewer forensic watermark that displays your registered email address, mobile number, IP address, and viewing timestamp overlaid on the video during playback. By purchasing a course, you expressly consent to the display and processing of these details for the sole purpose of content protection and piracy investigation.

If any course content is found circulating outside the platform, the embedded watermark identifies the account it originated from. Where leaked content is traced to your account: (a) your access will be terminated immediately without refund; (b) you will be held liable for infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000; and (c) Learn Stockz reserves the right to recover damages, including loss of revenue attributable to the leak. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including access by anyone you share your credentials with.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, PDFs, worksheets, trade setups, and written material on learnstockz.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Learn Stockz / ZenoraTech. They are protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is a criminal offence under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. No Investment Advice

All content on learnstockz.in and in our courses is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security
• A guarantee of trading profits or returns
• SEBI-registered research or advisory services

Trading in equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy discussed in our courses does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

6. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Learn Stockz operates a no-refund policy. All course purchases are final. The only exception is a verified duplicate payment due to a technical error. Full details are on the Refund Policy page. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Learn Stockz staff
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content in any course community or forum
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or course platform
• Use automated bots or scrapers to extract content

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these rules, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Learn Stockz and ZenoraTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from:

• Trades placed based on strategies taught in our courses
• Technical interruptions to course access
• Errors or inaccuracies in course content

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

11. Amendments

Learn Stockz reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
